PARENTS ARE AN IMPORTANT PART OF EVERY STUDENT'S TRANSITION 

Our goal at Mosaic House Transition is to empower families.  Parents are an important part of every student's transition regardless of whether the student's next step is back home or off to college. 

At Mosaic House Transition Program, parents work with the Mosaic House staff to provide a co-parenting team for the student:  

• In weekly parent coaching
• In communication with student and Mosaic House staff
• In therapeutic supports
• In practical consequences and limit setting 
• In individual and family goal setting
